As an added benefit, should you no longer desire to be burdened with caring for your home, a wide variety of comfortable maintenance-free residences are available at Covenant Living of Mount Miguel for you to move into right away.
You can pay for the health care services you receive on a private pay basis as the services are provided. This allows you to choose—and pay for—only the services you desire.
Medicare Part A covers the cost of skilled care in a Skilled Nursing facility for a limited time. The Medicare benefit covers 100% of the cost of skilled care for up to the first 20 days.
If skilled care is still required for 21-100 days (or any portion thereof), there is a daily coinsurance payment. (Medigap Coverage or Long-Term Care insurance may be able to cover this.)
Medigap insurance, which is sold through private insurance companies, helps pay for costs that Medicare doesn’t cover, such as co-pays and deductibles.
Long-Term Care insurance can help pay for nursing home care. This insurance may also cover the cost of in-home care, adult day care, assisted living and services provided in continuing care communities. The amount of coverage and the eligibility requirements may differ. If your loved one has a policy, read it carefully.
To the therapy team-You were great in getting me back home. Thank you for your concern and care.
Your therapy department has a great and caring staff.
Thanks for teaching me new tricks.
To all who helped me through the therapy sessions, thanks for putting me back together again.
You have all been such a blessing in getting mom'up and running' again.
I'm doing better because of all your help.
The therapy team is a very polished team. I think very highly of all of them.
I appreciate the work the therapy team has been doing to get my health and body back into working order so I can go home!
Everybody on the therapy team is pleasant. They explain what is going to happen and what the expected results should be. Everybody encourages me to set goals and reach my goals.
The entire rehab team has been very nice. The food here is good too!
I am satisfied with my progress; the team has been very professional and encouraging. I feel I am gradually getting stronger and more confident as my balance and coordination is getting better.
